Istanbul Döküm, was founded at the end of the 50s, became trademark in 1985, has been casting, pattern modification, pattern production and machining, in 6000 square meters of closed area of 14000 square meters facility.

Our company increased its production capacity from 250 tons per year with 8 employees at the end of the 80s, to 70 employees and annual production capacity of 2500 tons today, in its premises opened within 2004 in Dilovası Kocaeli.

As of December 2018, İstanbul Döküm became a corporation and is growing gradually.

İstanbul Döküm is an organization that provides service by keeping customer satisfaction in the forefront with its engineer staff and experienced employees.  We have the facilities and knowledge to meet the high level technical requirements and service demanded by customers.

In İstanbul Döküm, casting simulations are made by technological applications by considering the customer demands and needs, possible errors and critical points are determined and the casting process is realized without any lapse.

İstanbul Döküm is an organization, has flexible production methods enable to cast, iron, nodular iron, steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and bronze in sand molding system in a single foundry. Our foundry, as different from the hundreds of foundries across Turkey and Europe, is equipped to supply complex castings to customers.

With induction furnaces, total liquid metal capacity is 6,5 tons and annual production capacity is 2500 tons.
